How do you determine my location tier?
We use your business ZIP code (entered during signup). You can always view your current tier and pricing in Settings. If you have multiple locations, each can have its own tier.
What counts as a "verified" lead?
Form submissions must pass email verification and our spam filter. Phone calls must connect for at least 30 seconds. Bookings must be confirmed by you or the client must show up.
Can I set a monthly spending limit?
Yes! You can set a monthly cap ($100, $200, or $500). Once reached, your lead capture pauses until next month. Great for controlling costs when you are fully booked.
What if I get bad leads?
Report any suspicious lead within 7 days. Our team reviews within 24 hours. Spam and junk leads are refunded 100%. Borderline cases get 50% back.
How does the first month guarantee work?
